Artificial Grass Lawns
Soft, natural-looking turf that replaces thirsty grass or bare dirt. Curb appeal all year, even in August.

Play Area Turf
Padded underlayment rated for fall height under swing sets and playsets. Soft and clean for kids.
Commercial & HOA Turf

Turf Cleaning & Repair
Deodorizing, power brushing, infill top-ups and seam repair to bring tired turf back to life.
The Desert-Ready Install
Most turf fails in Albuquerque because of a cheap base, not the grass. We dig deeper, compact harder and use heat-resistant turf rated for high UV. No hidden fees. The price in your quote is the price you pay, period.
Built for the High Desert
Albuquerque sits at about 5,000 feet with close to 300 days of sun a year and less than 10 inches of rain. Cool-season grass fights that every summer. It needs water several times a week from May through September, still browns in the hot spots, and turns to dust or mud the moment the sprinklers miss a day. Turf takes the watering, mowing, fertilizing and reseeding off your list for good.
Lower water bills
Outdoor watering is the biggest part of most summer water bills in the metro. A lawn can use tens of thousands of gallons a season. Turf needs none, apart from an occasional rinse for pet areas. Want numbers for your yard? Our artificial turf cost guide walks through price per square foot and what you save on water.
Made for sun, wind and monsoon storms
High-desert UV fades and breaks down cheap turf. We use UV-stabilized fibers rated for intense sun, and lighter, heat-reflective blades and cooling infill where the yard has no shade. Spring wind is the other test. Loose edges are how turf lifts and wrinkles, so we nail and secure every edge. When the July and August monsoon storms roll in, a properly compacted base lets water soak through the backing and away instead of pooling.
How an install works
- Free on-site measure. We measure, look at drainage and access, and talk through how you use the yard.
- Written quote. A firm price for the whole job, broken out so you can see what you're paying for.
- Removal and base. Old grass, rock and roots come out. We grade for drainage and compact a crushed base in layers.
- Turf and infill. Weed barrier, then turf with glued and nailed seams, then infill brushed in so the blades stand up.
- Walkthrough. We clean up, walk the yard with you and explain how to care for it. Most yards are done in one to three days.
Warranty and guarantee
The turf we install carries a manufacturer warranty of up to 15 years, depending on the product you choose. On top of that, we give a 2-year workmanship guarantee on every install. If a seam opens, an edge lifts or the base settles because of how we built it, we come back and fix it. You get both terms in writing with your quote.

Artificial Turf Questions
How much does artificial turf cost in Albuquerque?
Most residential installs land between $10 and $16 per square foot all-in, including removal, base, turf, infill and labor. Putting greens run higher. Small jobs carry a minimum so the trip and equipment make sense.
Does turf get too hot in the New Mexico sun?
Any turf warms up in direct sun. We use heat-reflective fibers and offer cooling infill that brings surface temps down noticeably. A quick rinse on the hottest afternoons cools it off fast.
Is it good for dogs?
Yes. Our pet turf has a fully permeable backing, so urine drains straight through instead of pooling. Pair it with antimicrobial infill and an occasional hose-down and there's no lingering smell.
How long does installation take?
Most backyards take one to three days. Bigger jobs, tight access or putting greens can take a bit longer. We'll give you a schedule with your written quote.
How long will it last?
Quality turf lasts 15 to 20 years in our climate when it's installed on a proper base. Premium products carry up to a 15-year manufacturer warranty, and we add a 2-year workmanship guarantee.
